Szafi Free products are made for people with complex food allergies and intolerances, as they do not contain any allergens to be marked!
They are made from gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, oilseed-free, added sugar-free, corn-free, potato-free, rice-free and vegan ingredients, and the corresponding basic recipes are also vegan.
There is no need to add extra fat to the basic recipes for Szafi Free products, so the dishes prepared in this way are low in fat (they contain less than 3 grams of fat per 100g of prepared food)!
The flour mixes are rich in dietary fiber, which comes from the gluten-free flours included as raw materials (buckwheat flour, millet flour, sorghum flour) and from fiber preparations (such as plantain husks and bamboo fiber flour).
