Ingredients: apricot jam 26% (apricots 60%, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice concentrate, gelling agent: pectins; preservative: potassium sorbate), egg juice, sugar, chocolate 10% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithins, vanilla flavor), dried fondant (sugar, dried glucose syrup), anhydrous butterfat, wheat flour, cocoa mass, water, colors (E100, E160c, E170).
We fill two layers of peach jam between special chocolate and butter sponge layers, then cover with cocoa mass fondant.
