Dry cured, fermented pork sausage in edible alginate-casing. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Ingredients: pork meat, pork fat, salt, dextrose, spices,colouring (beetroot concentrate), starter culture, spice extracts, preservative (sodium-nitrite).
Casing: stabilizers (sodium-alginate, calcium-chloride),starch, flavourings.Prepared with 153 g of pork per 100 g of product.Produced in Hungary using pork from the EU.
Best before date is valid for original unopened packaging. Store in a cool dry place under 20 °C.
