One of the basic flavors of Hungarian pálinka is plum. They wanted to raise this to a new level at the Panyolai Pálinka Distillery when they created Elixír Szatmári Plum Pálinka, which is based on the best quality Szatmári plum varieties.
Of course, this is only one side of the high-quality final result, since in addition to the unique recipe, the care and thoroughness provided by the brewer was also very important for the preparation of the pálinka.
This plum pálinka is aged in mulberry barrels for many months, thanks to which the end result will not only have a much more pleasant taste, but also a pleasant color and softness to the product, which won a bronze medal at the 2015 National Pálinka and Törkölypálinka Competition.
The Elixir Szatmári Szilvapálinka is made with a short-baking process, and when pleasantly chilled, it provides an outstanding quality experience, while it is not only ideal when consumed alone, but also excellent with various dishes, such as game meats.
