It is very difficult to reproduce the tartness of cherries in pálinka, however, the Panyolai Pálinka Distillery managed to create a product that, in addition to being surrounded by a seven-sealed secret, preserved the wonderful taste of cherries, but at the same time remained a full-blood alcoholic drink.
Elixír Fürtösmeggy pálinka, which received the Superbrands award in 2015, is based on high-quality Szatmá cherry, which is the ideal raw material for making an airy, amazingly tasty, yet punchy pálinka with the fózde’s low-baking process.
The product is matured in a mulberry barrel, and its crystal-clear nature presents its outstanding quality from afar, which we can mainly detect when it has been thoroughly cooled, thereby reducing its temperature to at least 20 degrees Celsius.
Although many people like it on its own, as it is a really special spirit, Elixír Fürtösmeggy pálinka goes perfectly with almost any chocolate dessert.
