The raw material is pork bacon, which we cut into equal pieces, then add some pork fat and start frying on a slow fire with constant stirring. When the crackling is already a nice golden brown, take it out and let the delicious fried pork fat cool. We also make fresh crispy mince from pork belly bacon and toka bacon, which serves the greatest satisfaction of our customers.
