BRASSOI STEAK INGREDIENTS: 1 kg of pork leg, 1 kg of potatoes, 1 package of brassoi seasoning of 10 spice mixture, 1 red onion, oil.
Preparation: Wash the meat, wipe it dry, and cut it into 2×2 cm cubes. Clean, wash and cut the potatoes into the same cubes. Simmer the onion in oil until glassy in a pan, then add the meat cubes, fry until brown, sprinkle with the Horváth Rozi Brassó small steak spice mixture, pour a little water and simmer until soft. Fry the potatoes in hot oil and carefully mix them with the meat. Serve hot with mixed salad and pickles. We can liven up the flavors with fresh parsley and a few drops of lemon juice.
Ingredients: iodized table salt (table salt, potassium iodide), garlic, red onion, pepper, smoked paprika, marjoram.
