GYROS WITH GREEK SALAD
Ingredients: 1 kg of pork leg, 1 pack of Horváth Rozi Gyros quick marinade, 1 snake cucumber, 3 80p parad om 3 peppers, 2 medium red onions, 12 dkg olives, 20 dkg feta cheese, Horváth Rozi Pregánó, olive oil, salt.
Preparation: Cut the cleaned pork leg into thin strips, then sprinkle with Horváth Rozi Gyros quick marinade and approx. Let it stand for 15-20 minutes. For the salad, dice the vegetables and feta cheese into bite-sized pieces. Mix the vegetables and olives in a bowl, sprinkle with the oregano and sprinkle with a little olive oil, then carefully mix again. Finally, add the diced feta cheese to the salad. Fry the strips of meat in a pan with a little oil until ready, then serve with the Greek salad.
Ingredients: Iodized table salt (table salt, potassium iodide), 30 red onion, oregano, paprika, garlic, sugar, rosemary, pepper, (maltodextrin, dry fruit), protein-degrading enzyme: corn starch, lemon powder (enzyme activity 270-330 TU/mg).
