BAKONYI PORK ROOF Ingredients: 6 slices of pork loin, half a kg of chives, 1 small head of red onion, 3 tablespoons of Horváth Rozi Bakonyi spice mix, 2 dl of stock, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of fat, 1 teaspoon of flour, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of tomato puree.
Preparation: Clean the mushrooms, cut them into quarters, then fry them in a tablespoon of hot fat. We put it aside. Sprinkle the chops evenly with the spice mixture and let stand for 10 minutes. Fry the meat on another tablespoon of fat on both sides for 4-5 minutes, then set aside. Sauté the finely chopped red onion in the remaining fat, add the tomato paste and paprika, and pour the stock over it. Put meat back into this sauce, season with salt and pepper, then simmer until soft. Mix the sour cream and flour until smooth with a whisk and beat it into the sauce. Add the set aside mushrooms and cook them together for a few minutes. Serve with dumplings, dumplings or dumplings.
