Kisüst pálinka, made in the Panyolai Pálinka Distillery, owes its delightfully complex and rich flavor to the high-quality Hungarian apricots grown in the Gönc area and on the slopes around Lake Balaton, in addition to the careful process.
Elixír Apricot brandy creates the effect of biting into a honeyed, ripe fruit after each sip, so it is not surprising that the product won the Superbrands award in 2015.
The crystal-clear distillate matured in a strawberry barrel is irresistibly fruity, perhaps one of the peachiest pálinkas we have ever tasted, although for this experience it is worth chilling the drink a little, as a temperature of 16-19 degrees Celsius really brings out the flavors.
