Ingredients:
2 onions
oil
200 g of sausage
2 red peppers
1 kg of potatoes
salt
1 tbsp tomato puree
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1 – To prepare traditional Potato Paprikash, clean the onion and cut it into small cubes.
Step 2 – Heat a little oil in a fireproof bowl, add the chopped onion and fry until glassy, then add the ringed sausage and fry.
Step 3 – Remove the pan from the stove, sprinkle the fried onions with sausages with the red pepper.
Step 4 – Stir, then add the thoroughly washed, cleaned and diced potatoes.
Step 5 – Pour enough water to almost cover it. Add salt, add the tomato paste and cook until the potatoes are soft.
Step 6 – Serve with fresh bread and pickles.
