Turkey slices with mushroom Ragu

Ingredients: 8 pieces of 70 g turkey breast, 2 tablespoons Kotanyi roasted turkey seasoning salt, 2 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 250 g chives, 2 small heads of red onion, white wine, 250 ml cream, 2 table spoons chives 

Preparation: First, cut the mushrooms and red onion into small pieces. Rub the turkey breast slices with turkey roast seasoning salt. Fry both sides of the meat slowly in a mixture of butter and oil for 3-3 minutes, then remove from the pan. Fry the mushrooms and onions in the remaining fat and pour a little white wine over them. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Add the chives and season to taste.
