The exterior of the candy is a special caramelized white chocolate developed by us, produced in-house, whose characteristic flavor meets the cream made from quality muscat sparkling wine and the soft jelly made from pear puree. The consistency of the cream was adjusted to the soft jelly with valuable cocoa butter and clarified butter, creating a perfect harmony. The two creams are placed on top of each other, the result is a fantastically soft, creamy texture.
