Example: instead of the injection, the ham and bacon are aged in salt, the whole farm ham for up to 6-7 weeks, and only then are they smoked
The smoke is produced during the incomplete combustion of beech wood sawdust and is cooled (below 20 C) in the smoking chamber.

Starting from 1-10 refrigerated items that you may add to your basket will incure and extra charge of £3.50 as we provide the appropiate cooling bag and ice pack for the items to arrive in great manner under the next day delivery. Therefore, after every 10 products in your basket from the chilled section will incure a £3.50 charge.
