Meatball-spice mixture INGREDIENTS: iodized table salt (table salt, potassium iodide), red onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, pepper, cayenne pepper, marjoram, parsley. Traces of gluten-containing cereals, eggs, milk (lactose), may contain celery, soy, mustard and sesame seeds.
Meatballs with onion-mustard sauce For 4 people: 600 g of minced pork, 2 heads of red onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of KOTANYI meat spice mix, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of olive oil for frying. Onion mustard: 2 heads of red onion, 2 tablespoons of hot mustard, 1 teaspoon of acacia honey, cayenne pepper
Preparation: Mix the meat with the other ingredients, let it stand for 10 minutes, season to taste continue and form small meatballs from the mass.
Bake it in a pan in olive oil or on the grill.
For the sauce, blanch the onions in salted water, then drain the juice. Mix together the rest ingredients and season to taste.
