Description

An easy traditional dessert in Hungary is the Pudding Clown (Puding Bohoc)

Pudding Clown
Ingredients:
Chocolate pudding:
750 ml of milk
70 g powdered sugar
2 bags Dr. Oetker Original Pudding chocolate flavour

Vanilla pudding:
750 ml of milk
70 g powdered sugar
2 bags Dr. Oetker Original Pudding vanilla flavour

To decorate:
Half a bag of Dr. Oetker Baking Chocolate
Rum (to taste)

Preparation:
Rinse a larger pot (diameter approx. 20 cm) with cold water and line it with foil – preferably as thoroughly as possible.
Prepare the chocolate and vanilla pudding with the specified ingredients according to the instructions on the bag.
Using a spoon, alternately lift small slices of the still-hot vanilla and chocolate pudding onto different parts of the dish, then smooth the top. Let it cool overnight if possible.
For decoration, prepare the cake coating according to the description on the bag. Pour into a small bowl and add a few drops of rum. The cake coating mass is poured into a piping bag and eyes, hands and tongue are formed on a foil. Leave to cool for half an hour.
Turn the pudding out of the pot onto a large plate and carefully remove the foil. Use a spoon to cut out the place for the mouth, then put the chocolate pieces on top to make the eyes, hands and tongue. Use the remaining cake topper to shape the hair.

Tip:
The two puddings should preferably be made at the same time or quickly one after the other.

Ingredients: corn-starch, table salt, aroma, colours: beta-carotene, riboflavin.
