Corn starch, 3.2% caramel sugar syrup, Natural flavors (contains milk), Maltodextrin, Table salt
May contain: gluten, eggs.
Preparation and use
Ingredients:
Dr. Oetker caramel pudding powder, 500 ml milk and 3-4 tablespoons of sugar.
(enough to make 4 servings)
1. Mix the pudding powder and sugar to taste with a little milk until smooth.
2. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, take it off the heat and add the pudding powder mixed without lumps.
3. While stirring continuously, cook at a lower temperature for at least 1 more minute from the boiling point, until it thickens completely. Pour the pudding into molds or bowls that have been rinsed with cold water, and after cooling, decorate as desired and serve.
Recipe suggestion:
Prepare the pudding according to the recipe and pour it into rinsed moulds. When serving, decorate the top of the pudding with barbecue sauce.
