True definition of a quick, price efficient and easy filling meal. Minimal effort, maximum satisfaction. This is a very well liked dish with both sweet taste coming from the curd cheese and salty from the fried bacon.
400 g of puff pastry
250 g meaty bacon
500 g of cottage cheese
4 ml sour cream
Step 1 – Cook the pasta in hot, salted water according to the instructions on the package, then drain.
Step 2 – Cut the bacon into cubes and fry until crispy. When it is cooked, pour the fat over the dough, mix in half the cottage cheese, half the sour cream and half the breadcrumbs, and add salt.
Step 3 – Put it in the oven in a fireproof bowl, spread sour cream on top and bake the whole thing at 190 degrees for 30 minutes. In the last 5-10 minutes, you can also use the grill level. When serving, you can also add cottage cheese, sour cream and breadcrumbs.
