500 g Trappista cheese
5 tablespoons fine flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
500 ml sunflower oil
Step 1 – Beat the eggs in a bowl, and sprinkle the flour and breadcrumbs into two separate bowls.
Step 2 – Cut the cheese into very thick slices, then roll in the flour so that all sides are properly covered.
Step 3 – Then we turn it into the egg and proceed as in the case of flour.
Step 4 – Then you can add the breadcrumbs, here it is worth paying attention that if the breadcrumbs have covered the cheese well, then press it well.
Step 5 – And the essence lies in the double breading, which is nothing more than repeating the egg and breadcrumbs rolling once more after the previous bread crumbing.
Step 6 – Finally, fry the cheeses in plenty of oil. The main thing is that both sides are golden brown, and if possible, eat them as soon as they are ready, so that the cheese remains very stretchy!
